Shipping Policy

US Shipping costs vary depending on the type and size of the portrait.

Shipping Rates:

• Portrait Posters:  Starting at $4.28.
• 8x12 and 12x16 Framed Portraits: Starting at $8.49.
• 18x24 Framed Portraits: We offer FREE Shipping for all orders over $100. Our 18x24 framed portraits fall into that price point. 

 

Delivery Times:

• Delivery time is between 6-9 days (During the holidays, this may go up to 6-11 days.  

Delivery time includes us receiving your order, custom design, production and delivery to your doorstep. However, these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

 

Other Important Info:

• Any updates to shipping information or changes must be made within one hour of your purchase. Please email us immediately with your first and last name, order number, and the change you'd like to make to orders@nakonaonthird.com.
• We unfortunately are unable to ship to Military addresses. If you did provide a Military address at checkout, we will reach out to request a new shipping address.
• At the moment, we are only shipping to US addresses. We will be looking at adding international shipping in the near future.
